I fell in love with beach volleyball in Texas when I was 11 years old. That summer, I competed in Hermosa Beach and finished 3rd at Nationals.

Even though I live in Texas, I've been playing in the sand ever since that summer and I've been lucky enough to compete in tournaments from California to New Jersey. I live in a small town, so it's difficult to find partners that play at the level that I want to compete at. I've had to find partners from Oklahoma and Indiana, which has given me a chance to play in new places and to learn how to quickly adapt to new partners.

I've played in a lot of championship matches in the sand and worked hard to win many of them in my age group and playing up. During the summer of 2021 I was coached by Bruno Amorim, a current AVP player, and learned so much from him and also from his own personal coach.

As a 16U player, I played up to the 18s Division with a brand new partner for the 2021 Junior Nationals in New Jersey. We made the gold bracket, but lost to the team that ultimately won the tournament. I believe both players are now at South Carolina and we competed well against them for 16U players.

I've played OH (6-row) on the top team at NRG VBC, owned by Brandy Bryan, in Mansfield for the last five years. I play at Mansfield Legacy High School and earned All-District OH 2021 and Academic All-District and led my team with 426 kills last season.
